Terms of Use

The rules that govern your use of z3safety.com. Read them — especially the AED program and medical direction sections.

Effective: May 28, 2026  ·  Last updated: May 28, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Z3 Safety website at z3safety.com and any embedded or staged versions of the same site (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. About Z3 Safety

Z3 Safety is a California workplace safety services company located at 5152 Bolsa Avenue, Suite 102, Huntington Beach, CA 92649. We provide workplace safety training, first aid program management, safety products and PPE, AED compliance and management ("AED Vantage"), and on-site safety advisory services to business customers, primarily in Central and Southern California.

2. Who can use the Site

The Site is intended for business users who are at least 18 years old and acting on behalf of an employer. By using the Site you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you submit is accurate.

3. Informational use only — not a binding offer

Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only. Service descriptions, pricing tiers, program structures, and timelines are subject to change and are subject to a separate written agreement between Z3 Safety and the customer. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer to provide services, a quote, a contract, or a guarantee of availability.

4. Intellectual property

The Site, including its text, graphics, logos, layout, photography, video, structured data, and the "AED Vantage" program name and other Z3 Safety brand assets, is owned by Z3 Safety or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and print pages of the Site for your internal business reference. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, frame, scrape, mirror, or use the Site or its content for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent. Names and logos of third-party certifying bodies and equipment manufacturers shown on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.

5. No medical advice

Important. The Site, our training programs, and our written materials are not medical advice and are not a substitute for licensed medical care, emergency services, or a physician's judgment. Always call 911 in a medical emergency. Workplace first aid training prepares responders to act before professional help arrives — it does not replace professional help.

6. Training certifications

Z3 Safety facilitates training and certification programs offered by third-party certifying organizations, which may include the American Heart Association, the American Red Cross, OSHA-authorized outreach training programs, and similar bodies. Certifications are issued by those certifying bodies, not by Z3 Safety, subject to the certifying body's standards, expiration periods, and verification procedures.

Z3 Safety is not responsible for changes to a certifying body's curriculum, fees, issuance procedures, or recognition by third parties (including employers, insurers, regulators, and other states).

7. AED program and medical direction

AED Vantage and AED program services. California law requires AED programs to operate under the direction of a licensed physician acting as medical director and to comply with California Health and Safety Code provisions governing AED placement, inspection, training, and use. Z3 Safety's AED program services include facilitation of medical direction provided by a licensed physician partner acting under California medical regulations. Medical direction is provided by the physician, not by Z3 Safety. Z3 Safety is not a medical provider, does not practice medicine, and does not provide medical direction in its own name.

Customers remain responsible for: (a) ensuring their facilities, employees, and AED placements meet applicable California Health and Safety Code requirements; (b) notifying local Emergency Medical Services authorities of AED placements where required; (c) maintaining their own internal records and post-event reporting; and (d) following the manufacturer's instructions for any AED unit on their premises.

8. Service availability and scheduling

Services described on the Site are subject to availability, geographic service area, scheduling, instructor and technician availability, and a written agreement covering scope, pricing, and terms. Same-day or expedited response, where mentioned, depends on conditions at the time of request and is not guaranteed unless committed in writing.

9. User submissions

If you submit information to us through the contact form, by email, or otherwise, you represent that you have the right to share that information and that it is accurate. You should not submit confidential, proprietary, or sensitive personal information through the contact form. Our handling of personal information you submit is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

11. Third-party content and links

The Site may include links to third-party websites or embedded third-party content (such as customer review widgets, map services, and font services). Z3 Safety does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, products, services, or practices.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

13. Limitation of liability

This Section 13 does not modify, limit, or expand any liability provisions contained in a separate written services agreement between Z3 Safety and a customer. Those provisions govern services delivered under such an agreement.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Z3 Safety and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party right or applicable law in connection with your use of the Site.

15. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to the Site or these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice. The provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be flagged on the Site for a reasonable period after they take effect. Your continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

18. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any separate written agreement between you (or your employer) and Z3 Safety, constitute the entire agreement between you and Z3 Safety regarding the Site.
