We don't sell your personal information. Period.
Z3 Safety does not sell personal information for money or other valuable consideration. Z3 Safety also does not "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, "CCPA/CPRA").
California residents have the right under CCPA/CPRA to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information. Because Z3 Safety does not engage in either practice, there is no opt-out request to process — but you have the right to confirm this in writing and to make a privacy request at any time.
1. What "sell" and "share" mean
Under CCPA/CPRA:
- "Sell" means selling, renting, releasing, disclosing, disseminating, making available, transferring, or otherwise communicating a consumer's personal information to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration.
- "Share" means disclosing, making available, or otherwise communicating personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising, whether or not for money.
Z3 Safety does neither. We use personal information you give us to respond to your inquiry, perform services for your employer, and operate our business — as described in our Privacy Policy.
2. What this means in practice
- We do not run ad-targeting pixels (such as Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or LinkedIn Insight) on z3safety.com.
- We do not sell our contact form submissions or lead data to anyone.
- We do not rent or trade email lists.
- We share information with our vendors (such as our website host and email provider) only so they can perform services for us, not so they can use the data for their own marketing.
3. Sensitive personal information — not collected
Z3 Safety does not knowingly collect "sensitive personal information" as defined under CCPA/CPRA (such as government ID numbers, financial account credentials, precise geolocation, biometric data, or health information). Because we do not collect it, there is no right-to-limit-use request to submit. You may still confirm this in writing using the methods below.
4. Submit a privacy request
You can use any of the methods below to:
- Confirm that Z3 Safety is not selling or sharing your personal information
- Ask what personal information we have about you
- Request deletion or correction of your personal information
- Ask a question about this page or our Privacy Policy
We will need to reasonably verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request, as permitted by law. We will not retaliate or deny you services for exercising a CCPA/CPRA right.
