What is the Z3 Safety Command Center?

The Z3 Safety Command Center is a workplace safety management system for employers with one location or many, in California and other states. It keeps employee training, certifications, AED and first aid readiness, incident and injury records, OSHA 300 logs, corrective actions and safety policies in one place, and connects them to the Z3 Safety team that trains your people and services your equipment.

Most safety software asks you to do the work and the data entry. The Command Center is different because Z3 is in the building: Z3 adds the training, inspections and service it performs to your record.

Why It Exists

Safety work is scattered. Audits are not.

Most operations already do the work. What they lack is one place that proves it, keeps it current and shows what needs attention next.

01

Binders and spreadsheets

Training sign-in sheets in one place, AED logs on a clipboard, incident forms in someone's inbox.

02

Three to five vendors

Separate providers for training, first aid and AEDs, and none of their records talk to each other.

03

Proof rebuilt under pressure

The week an inspector, a carrier or a customer asks, someone reassembles two years of history by hand.

Full Functionality

Everything your safety program runs on, connected.

Eight modules share one record of your people, locations and equipment, so a lapsed certification, an open incident and an overdue fix all show up in the same place.

People and sites

Every employee, location and site map in one record, with access scoped to each site and role.

  • Employee safety records
  • Multi-location management
  • Role-based access

Learning Center

Online and instructor-led training in English and Spanish, assigned by role and tracked to completion.

  • Assignments, learning paths
  • Assessments and certificates
  • Automatic recertification

AED and first aid

Incidents and injuries

Record incidents, injuries, near misses and hazards, investigate them and keep the required logs.

  • OSHA 300, 300A and 301
  • Electronic (ITA) export
  • SB 553 violent incident log

Corrective actions

Finding a problem is not enough. Assign it, set a due date and verify it was fixed before it closes.

  • Owners and due dates
  • Evidence and verification
  • Overdue visibility by site

Policies and documents

A versioned library for your safety program, assigned to the right people and acknowledged in writing.

Built for Safety Owners

One system. Four questions answered.

Safety is shared across safety, operations, HR and facilities. Each role opens the Command Center to the answer it needs.

Find Your Level
Deep California Compliance

Built for the rules California inspectors cite.

Z3 is a California safety company, so the Command Center starts with Cal/OSHA Title 8 and California law, then carries your records to sites in other states.

8 CCR 3203

Injury and Illness Prevention Program

Training records, hazard reports and corrective actions with dates and owners: the documentation an IIPP review asks for.

8 CCR 14300

Cal/OSHA Form 300, 300A and 301

Recordable cases logged as they happen, the annual 300A summary prepared on time and an export for federal electronic submission.

SB 553, Labor Code 6401.9

Workplace violence prevention

A violent incident log kept apart from personal details, with the five-year retention the law requires.

Health and Safety Code 1797.196

AED readiness

Inspection history and pad and battery dates for every device, kept as the maintenance record for each location.

The Command Center supports your recordkeeping. It does not replace legal advice or your own obligations under federal, state and local safety law.

Built to Be Trusted

Sensitive records, handled carefully.

Private by default

Medical and injury details are restricted to the people who need them.

Access by role and site

Supervisors, managers and administrators each see their own scope.

Verifiable certificates

Every certificate carries a QR code anyone can check against a tamper-evident record.

Complete history

Changes to incidents, actions and policies are kept as a permanent audit trail.

Your records, exportable

Training records, logs and reports export when you need them.

Command Center Questions

What safety leaders ask before they switch.

Who is the Command Center built for?

Employers with a physical workforce, typically 100 to 400 employees across one to several sites in California or other states: warehousing and logistics, manufacturing, food and beverage processing, transportation and fleet, industrial fabrication and building materials. It is designed for the safety, operations, HR and facilities leaders who share responsibility for safety.

Do we have to enter the training Z3 delivers ourselves?

No. When Z3 trains your employees, inspects your AEDs or services your first aid stations, the records are added to your Command Center by Z3. You do not re-enter them.

Does the Command Center handle OSHA 300, 300A and 301 recordkeeping?

Yes. The Operations and Enterprise levels record incidents and injuries, guide recordability, maintain the OSHA Form 300 log and 301 incident reports, prepare the annual 300A summary and export the file used for OSHA's Injury Tracking Application.

Does it support California's SB 553 workplace violence requirements?

Yes. The Operations and Enterprise levels include a violent incident log that keeps personal identifying details out of the log itself and retains records for five years, as Labor Code section 6401.9 requires. It supports your recordkeeping and does not replace legal advice.

Is the Command Center available in Spanish?

The Learning Center, its courses and your policy documents support English and Spanish, so employees can train and acknowledge policies in the language they read best.

Can we manage multiple locations or multiple companies?

Yes. Every level supports multiple locations with access scoped by site. The Enterprise level adds company groups, so a parent company can see each operating company and its locations in one consolidated view.

What are the Command Center levels?

There are four. Essentials centralizes your safety records. Readiness adds the full Learning Center and workforce readiness tools. Operations adds incidents, injury logs, corrective actions and safety dashboards. Enterprise adds company groups and consolidated reporting. Each level includes everything in the level before it.

How much does the Command Center cost?

Pricing depends on the level you choose, your team size and your number of locations. Z3 quotes after a short walkthrough of your operation.

How do we get started?

Request a walkthrough. Z3 reviews your sites, people and equipment, recommends a level, then sets up your locations and imports your existing records so you start with a complete picture.

See your operation in one place.

We will walk through your sites, people and equipment, show you the Command Center with your kind of operation in mind and recommend the level that fits.
