Z3 Flagship Program

Stay Rescue Ready.
Every Month.

AEDs save lives — when they actually work. AED Vantage keeps your devices inspection-ready and your documentation current, with two service tiers built for how your operation actually runs.

Why most AED programs fail
between inspections.

68%

AEDs found non-compliant during audits

Industry data shows most workplace AEDs have expired pads, drained batteries, or missing documentation when audited — usually without the employer knowing.

Trained responders move on

The AED-certified employees you trained 18 months ago may not be in the building anymore. Without continuous tracking, coverage gaps go unnoticed.

Documentation gaps create liability

After a cardiac event, regulators and legal teams want inspection records. Without consistent documentation, you can't prove readiness — even if the device worked.

Two programs. One mission:
rescue-ready compliance.

Choose the tier that fits your team's capacity. Both programs deliver the same outcome: fully documented, audit-ready AED compliance — with Z3 handling the backend.

AED Vantage FAQ

California Health & Safety Code requires monthly AED inspections. Both AED Vantage programs are built around that monthly cadence — ensuring you meet the requirement every month, with documentation to prove it.
In Program 1 (Self-Inspection), your team performs the monthly walk-through using our QR code system — Z3 handles all documentation, reporting, and compliance tracking. In Program 2 (On-Site Inspection), Z3 technicians come to your facility monthly and perform everything. You get the reports either way.
Both programs include post-cardiac event support. Z3 provides immediate device replacement, assists with incident documentation, and supports post-event regulatory requirements. You're not on your own if a device is ever deployed.
Yes. California requires a licensed physician to serve as medical director for AED programs. Both Vantage programs include medical direction as part of the service — you don't source it separately.
Yes. We offer a free, confidential AED program assessment — we review your device inventory, inspection history, documentation, and coverage gaps. No obligation. Most assessments take under an hour on-site.
Primary hubs in Orange County and Coachella Valley, with full coverage across Santa Barbara, Ventura, Los Angeles, Inland Empire, and San Diego. On-site service is what we do.

Is your AED program actually ready?

Most aren't. We'll review your current program — devices, pads, batteries, documentation, coverage — and tell you straight where the gaps are.
